If you are traveling by air, we highly recommend using the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) which is conveniently located directly across the street from our host hotel and event center.
If you decide to use Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), please be aware that it is 27 miles away and a hotel shuttle is not available. You will need to make your own ground transportation arrangements.
If you are driving to WWLA, we are conveniently located near I-5 and a short drive from SR -170, and SR-134. Because driving directions may vary with time of day and traffic, we recommend entering the following address into your GPS: 2500 N. Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505

All purchases are non-refundable.
What is your COVID policy?
In light of revised guidance from federal, state, and county health departments, as well as updated policies from our sibling organizations and similar events, we will not be requiring COVID testing prior to WWLA. We strongly encourage testing in advance of attending as a courtesy to other dancers, and masks are more than welcome on the dance floor. Please visit thelawranglers.org/schedule for the most up to date version of our schedule.
Evening Themed Dances includes Thursday's Boots, Briefs, & Bras, Friday's Rainbow Party, Saturday's Wrangler Rhinestone Ball, and Sunday's Happy Trails Hoedown. These dances will welcome all styles of dance into one room. Based on feedback from attendees in previous years, we have created an outline that we hope balances all styles of dance with enough time on the dance floor. While each DJ may vary slightly, we have asked all to closely follow this outline:
Country Two Step Country Two Step Waltz or Nightclub Two West Coast Swing & Shadow | Line Dance Line Dance Line Dance | West Coast Swing & Shadow West Coast Swing & Shadow Lindy Hop (ECS) Country Two Step | Line Dance Line Dance Line Dance |
Late Night Ballrooms will play music dedicated to a specific style or genre of dance.
